Breakfast – Apple.
Snack – Chicken salad foccacia.
Lunch – Veal with a citrus flavored gravy, steamed butter veggies.
Snack – Slice of pizza.
Snack – Meatballs, beef and melon canape
Dinner – Giant shrimp and smoked salmon salad, grilled salmon and wild rice, garden salada.
